Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the pan. Cook for about 7 minutes on one side, then flip them over to cook the other side. The patties should develop a crusty exterior.
Once cooked, remove the Karbanatky from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
Garnish the Karbanatky with chopped chives for added freshness and flavor.
Serve the Karbanatky hot with a side of salad and bread.
